HOW IT WORKS

My coaching style is pretty straightforward. As a student of Jack Daniel's VDOT approach, I'm incredibly focused on coaching you within your ability based on time trials and race times. I'll send you into your race feeling prepared and confident that you will hit your goal. I don't just talk the talk, I walk the walk - I use the same principles in my own training and have had positive results over the years as I continue to PR even as a masters runner.

I do not provide cookie-cutter plans, you can get those from a book! What you get from me is tailored coaching and regular feedback - adjusting your goals along the way as we build your fitness. This is important because runners all respond differently to different approaches.

I use Final Surge to set up your weekly plan, provide feedback, and for regular communication. This app is also able to push your workouts to compatible watches! 

Available Coaching Plans

1

Level 1

Level 1 coaching includes a customized weekly plan, communication and feedback via the Final Surge app, and a weekly summary E-mail with a recap of the prior week, as well as a summary of the week to come.

Level 2

Everything in Level 1, but additional communication throughout the week via text, with the option of one phone call per week if needed. You'll be able to reach me a lot faster with questions you may have!

Level 3

Level 3 is custom - it includes everything in Level 1 or 2, but we can discuss a la carte options such as in-person runs, race pacing, or help with a track workout. Reach out and we can discuss what might fit your needs!
